Intellectual Property Rights

1. Handmade Nature
   All our products are handcrafted by local artisans. Slight variations in color, design, or stitching are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade work, and not considered defects.
2. Order Confirmation
   Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid orders after a certain period.
3. Custom Orders
   Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund. Please double-check your size, design, and specifications before confirming.
4. Shipping
   We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe discussed at the time of purchase. However, delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for courier delays once the item is shipped.
5. Exchange Policy
   We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items (see our Returns & Exchanges policy for details). No exchanges are accepted for custom orders unless there’s a fault on our end.
6. Intellectual Property
   All content, designs, and imagery used by Reen’s Tales of Hunza are the property of the brand and may not be reused without permission.
7. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or other methods confirmed during your order process.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during the order process is kept confidential and used only for processing and shipping your order.
