Returns & Exchanges
At Reen’s Tales of Hunza, each piece is handmade with care and cultural pride. Due to the nature of our work, please review our returns & exchange policy below:
1. No Returns on Custom or Made-to-Order Items
As our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we do not offer returns on customized items
.
2. Exchanges (in Case of Defects or Wrong Item)
We only offer exchanges if:
- You receive the wrong product
- You receive a defective or damaged item
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Share clear photos of the issue
- Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging
3. Exchange Window
If approved, you must send the item back within 5 days of receiving it. Shipping costs for the return may apply.
4. No Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds. In eligible cases, we provide store credit or an exchange.
